Calibration of the ethylometers
The main application of SIAD gas mixtures in the field of forensics is the calibration of ethylometers, where gas mixtures containing ethyl alcohol in various concentrations are used. By law, ethylometers must be calibrated at yearly intervals by a certification body or laboratory, and the results of the measurements must be recorded in the instrument’s metrological logbook.
